Our Warranty

We stand behind our work. The parts we install carry a manufacturer warranty, and we back our own workmanship.

When we complete a repair or installation, you receive an invoice that lists exactly what we did and the warranty terms that apply to the parts we used. If something is not right with our workmanship, we will make it right.

Because every job is different, exact warranty lengths depend on the specific parts and door. Ask your technician and it will be spelled out in writing before you pay. No fine-print surprises, that is not how a family business should operate.

The high-cycle springs, sealed nylon rollers, cables and openers we install are chosen for durability in the Arizona heat, and they carry the manufacturer's own warranty in addition to our workmanship guarantee. If a part we installed fails within its warranty period under normal use, we will take care of it. Keep your itemized invoice, since it records the parts used and the terms that apply.

Our goal is simple: a garage door that works reliably long after we leave. If anything about a repair or installation we performed is not operating the way it should, call us at (480) 559-7177 and we will make it right. Standing behind our work is part of what it means to be a local, family-owned shop your neighbors can trust.
